2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
3. Educational content — not legal advice
All courses, audio lessons, transcripts, homework, and comments are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and do not create a solicitor–client relationship. Sylvester Ayivi is an educator; students should consult a qualified lawyer in Ghana for advice on specific matters.

6. Licence to use content
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and download (where enabled) course audio for your own study. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast course materials
- Record or re-upload lessons to other platforms
- Remove copyright notices or misrepresent authorship
- Use content to train AI models or create competing products
7. Homework & community conduct
Students may submit homework and post comments. You agree to post respectfully and not to harass others, share unlawful content, or upload malware. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
All course audio, branding, logos, and platform software are owned by JCC LAW TUTORIALS or its licensors. Sylvester Ayivi retains rights to original teaching materials. Unauthorised use may result in legal action under Ghanaian copyright law.
9. Availability & technical issues
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet outages, or third-party service failures may occasionally affect the Platform. Audio files are hosted on secure cloud storage; offline downloads are provided as a convenience where enabled.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, JCC LAW TUTORIALS and Sylvester Ayivi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including exam results, professional outcomes, or reliance on educational content.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse staff or other learners. Upon termination, your licence to access premium content ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, with a good-faith attempt to resolve matters through negotiation first.
